Bringing the kids to Reformer Pilates

Kids are welcome at Fit Mums by Cassie in Mernda. Here’s how it works, what to plan before your first visit and why it isn’t childcare.

“I’d love to come, but what do I do with the kids?” Bring them. Kids are welcome at my Mernda garage studio.

Why kids are welcome

Finding childcare just so you can train is one more thing on a long list. I wanted a studio where that isn’t a barrier. With just three women per class, it’s a relaxed space where a bit of noise is fine.

It isn’t childcare

While I’m coaching the class, your kids stay in your care. It helps to bring something to keep little ones busy, like a snack, a book or a quiet toy.

Plan it before your first visit

Every family is different. Before your first class, ask me about the garage setup so we can work out what suits your kids’ ages and your routine. If a session doesn’t go to plan, that’s real life. We’ll sort it out together.

Choose what fits

Train while the kids are at school or kinder, or bring them along. Whatever works for your family. The class times are on the home page, and members can book and manage their classes online.
