Two classes a week or four? How to choose

Busy Babe or Foundation? A practical way to choose between two and four Reformer Pilates and strength classes a week in Mernda.

By Cassie ·

There are two weekly memberships at Fit Mums by Cassie: Busy Babe with 2 classes a week, and Foundation with 4. Here’s how I’d think about choosing.

Start with your real week

Look at the week you actually have, not the one you wish you had. School runs, work, sport and tired days all count. The best plan is the one you can keep turning up to.

Busy Babe: 2 classes a week

A good fit if two coached sessions sit comfortably in your week, or you’re getting back into training and want to build the habit first. It’s $45 a week.

Foundation: 4 classes a week

A good fit if you want to train more often and have more choice across the timetable. It’s $69 a week.

Both plans include

  • A guided 8-week challenge
  • Personal nutrition support
  • Regular check-ins with me
  • The member portal for booking and managing your classes

Your classes run Monday to Sunday each week. Unused classes don’t roll over.

Flexible or six months

Each plan comes as flexible or a six-month commitment. Flexible plans have a $149 joining fee and you can cancel at the end of any paid week. Six-month plans have no joining fee, and a fixed early exit fee of $149 applies if you leave during the first six calendar months. Doing the $99 trial? Join during your trial or the week after and there’s no joining fee. The membership page shows every cost before you pay.
